Thing to Know for Convention!
Convention Meeting: Monday, November 30th 04:15 PM – 04:45 PM In the Black Box we will discuss festival rules, schedule and give out medication forms.
REMEMBER: Drug, Alcohol, inappropriate physical contact, or leaving the convention area without permission from a Teacher or Parent Chaperon is grounds for automatic removal from the festival and possibly the Magnet Program.
Drop Off: Thursday, December 3rd 07:00 AM – 07:15 AM ***BUS LEAVES PROMPTLY @ 07:45 AM*** Please do not be late. All medications/forms will need to be turned in prior to boarding the bus. The bus will be located in the Auditorium Dock Area in the West Faculty Parking Lot.
Medications: Each medication must have a form. Please be thorough on the form as to doses, dosage times and storage specifications (ie. cold/room temp). Please bag up all medications in a large Ziploc bag with your name clearly marked. If you separate medications by meal/time of day, you can bag those in a smaller bag inside the large Ziploc bag. Please ensure there is enough provided from all three days of the trip.
What to Bring: Clothing for 3 days and 2 nights, including: * ALL BLACK clothing if you are competing * Daily Dress-Up themed clothing * Sleepwear/Undergarments Food/Food money: * 2 breakfasts * 3 lunches * Snacks for in your room Spending Money (OPTIONAL) * Theatre stuff: ie. Plays, Costumes, Props * Fundraiser Auction

Accommodations: Dallas Omni Hotel, 555 S Lamar Street, Dallas, TX 75202 The convention takes place in the Omni Hotel and the adjoining Dallas Convention Center.
