CONCESSIONS AND BOX OFFICE When it's Show Time it's all about selling tickets and popcorn, baby! This job is lots of fun - you'll get to meet everyone and get the crowd reactions to the shows. Contact the VP of Membership at alicia@rhstheatre.org DECORATING Our kids work hard on the shows and we want to show them off as best we can by presenting a positive, professional image to the rest of our school and community. If you keep bolts of cloth, balls of wire, and organizer boxes of sparkly, nifty things in your closets then you are a perfect candidate to help decorate for the show. Contact the VP of Membership at alicia@rhstheatre.org HOSPITALITY It has become traditional for Off-Stage to host a rehearsal dinner the night of the final dress rehearsal for our two main productions of the year. These dinners are organized by our Hospitality officer. We also offer free refreshments prior to our main shows for Offstage Members. If you are good at putting together party trays then Hospitality is the place for you! Contact Hospitality. Contact the president through alicia@rhstheatre.org FIND AT LEAST ONE VENDOR OR RELATIVE WHO WILL COMMIT TO PLACING AN AD relatives and friends of the students to place ads for $25, $50, and $100. This is considered one of our major fundraisers. We print up two full playbills - one for the Fall Show and one for the Spring Musical. We try to get local vendors as well as Ask some of your favorite shopkeepers if they would be interested in supporting local high school theatre in this way. Also don't forget to ask Uncle Joe if he'd like to put a few words of encouragement in for the budding actor/actress in the family. There are always lots of oddball things that need to get done. So give us a call, drop an email - join in the fun! We have lots of things we'd like to do and we don't know how to do all of them!
