RHS Off-Stage, Inc.
Parent Involvement!
| Who/What is RHS Offstage, Inc.? It’s the Richardson High School Theater Magnet Parent Booster Organization! RHS Offstage, Inc. is a tax exempt, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. It is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and provides, among other things, financial support to the RHS Theatre Magnet School through various fund- raising projects. RHS Offstage, Inc. was formed and received it's articles of Incorporation from the State of Texas during the 2001-2002 school year. During the summer of 2005 it was granted tax-exempt status from the IRS. Donations to RHS Offstage, Inc. are tax- exempt and qualify for most employer matching donation programs. These membership pages are provided as a service to our members and to meet 501 (c)(3) public disclosure rules regarding open access to board members, bylaws, and meeting minutes. Anyone can become a member of RHS Offstage, Inc. and we strongly encourage our theater parents to become members. In addition, RHS Offstage members become voting members in the operation and function of RHS Offstage, Inc. Three meetings of the RHS Offstage Membership are scheduled this year. All meetings will be held in the Black Box Theatre at 7:30 unless otherwise notified: September 4, 2008 ( also the Mandatory Meeting) January 20, 2009 April 21, 2009 RHS Offstage Directors meetings are scheduled as follows: June 9, 2008 December - No Meetings July 28, 2008 January 20, 2009 August 19, 2008 February 17, 2009 September 4, 2008 March 26, 2009 October 21, 2008 April 21, 2009 November 18, 2008 Minutes from Past Meetings!
