Ads help pay for printing the Eagle Bill!
Ads for the Eagle Bill are due January 9th! All electronic images/files to be included in the Eagle Bill should be emailed to: playbill@rhstheatre.org All checks and business hard copy ads should be mailed to: RHS Off-Stage – Eagle Bill PO Box 830558 Richardson, TX 75083-0558 ***You can send your checks and materials in to school with your student but please make sure they are in a sealed envelope with clear instructions as to what your ad should look like and a phone number so we can contact you if necessary. All checks and materials should be given to Cliff McClelland*** Personal Ads: Full Page $100 ½ Page $50 ¼ Page $25 CREATE YOUR OWN AD If you would like to create your own personal ad for the Eagle Bill be sure to save it as a jpg, bmp, gif, or other file with a format suitable for insertion as a picture into Windows software. PDF FILES CAN NOT BE INSERTED AS A PICTURE. You can, however, send a pdf file in addition to your electronic image so the Eagle Bill editor can see what the final ad should look like – if you think that will be helpful. Here is a Word doc with the correct ad size outlines – use it to see if your ad can be inserted and also to see if your ad has the correct aspect ratio. Email your file and indicate the size ad you wish to purchase. LET US HELP YOU! DO NOT SEND HARD COPIES OF PICTURES! Photos, drawings, and other images in non-electronic form should be scanned and converted into a jpg file. This can easily be done at a Kinkos or other office supply store if you don’t have a scanner at home. Email your file, indicate the size ad you wish to purchase, and the text you would like to have included. IMAGES ARE NOT NECESSARY! It is not necessary to include an image or photo with your ad! If you would like a text ad send an email to the Eagle Bill editor and indicate both the size you want your ad to be and what you want it to say. Business Ads: Guidelines for creating Business Ads are similar to those for creating Personal Ads with the exception that we will accept your hard copy ad and will do the necessary conversions to get it in the Eagle Bill. INSIDE BLACK AND WHITE ADS: Full Page $125 ½ Page $70 ¼ Page $35 INSIDE COLOR ADS $300 There is limited space available for full color ads inside the playbill.
