Ticket Time!
We hope you enjoy our online ticketing system. We've tried to make the system as
intuitive and informative as possible but here's a few more facts about the system
that might be helpful to you:

1. Mastercard or Visa only - no Discover or AMEX

2. We have 3 different seating arrangements:

a) There is
sectioned seating - meaning prices are different in different sections of
the theatre. If you are picking seats in a multi-colored seat map then be aware your
ticket price will depend on the seat you pick.

b) There is
reserved seating  - meaning all the seats are the same price, but you will
still reserve a seat. If the seating map has no color then select a seat anywhere you
like!

c) There is
General Admission. The system will not present you with a seat map - it
will just have you enter in the number of tickets you want.

3. The system will recognize you by your email address. The first time you get on the
system you will be directed to the logon screen at some point in the purchase
process. Give yourself an easy to remember password so you can get on all year
and buy tickets. The system will keep some basic information about you like your
name, address, phone number - but this is just to verify your credit card when you
purchase tickets. The system does NOT store credit card information. Your personal
information will not be sold, passed out, or used in any way against you. Off-Stage
does not do any mailings so you don't have to worry about junk mail showing up from
us - and besides - you can opt out anyway. We encourage you to NOT opt out of the
emails - we won't send you lots of mindless emails but we'd like to let you know a
show is coming up!

Lost your original email with the links
for printing/exchanging your tickets?
Search your inbox  for an email from
boxoffice@rhstheatre.org

If you have no luck with that then
email boxoffice@rhstheatre.org and
ask that the original email be resent.
Make sure you provide a name the
tickets were ordered with so we can
look it up! Do not expect a response if
the show is just hours away.
