CONCESSIONS AND BOX OFFICE

When it's Show Time it's all about selling tickets and popcorn, baby! This job is lots
of fun - you'll get to meet everyone and get the crowd reactions to our shows.

DECORATING

Our kids work hard on the shows and we want to show them off as best we can by
presenting a positive, professional image to the rest of our school and community. If
you keep bolts of cloth, balls of wire, and organizer boxes of sparkly, nifty things in
your closets then you are a perfect candidate to help decorate for the show.

HOSPITALITY

It has become traditional for Off-Stage to host a rehearsal dinner the night of the
final dress rehearsal for our two main productions of the year. These dinners are
organized by our Hospitality officer. There may be a few other functions throughout
the year that Hospitality also participates in. If you are good at putting together party
trays then Hospitality is the place for you! Contact Hospitality.

SPRING FLEA MARKET

Garage sales and Flea Markets can be a great money maker if done right. There
have been times the student Thespian Club was able to make over $1000! But it
took the participation of several committed parents to get that kind of result. If you
hate garage sales then forget working at it - but at least start stashing your good
junk. If you like garage sales and flea markets then come on down and help with the
darn thing! Contact Membership and let them know you're willing.

FIND AT LEAST ONE VENDOR OR RELATIVE
WHO WILL COMMIT TO PLACING AN AD

We will print up two full playbills next year - one for the Spring Musical and one for
the Fall Show. We try to get local vendors as well as relatives and friends of the
students to place ads for $25, $50, and $100. This is considered one of our major
fundraisers. Ask some of your favorite shopkeepers if they would be interested in
supporting local high school theatre in this way. And don't forget to ask Uncle Joe if
he'd like to put a few words of encouragement in for the budding actor/actress in the

CAN YOU MAKE MOVIES?

We'd like to put some videos on our web site - short sections of shows, rehearsals,
anything that shows off our kids! Contact the Webmaster.

WILL YOU DO ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?

If you really are willing to help out with just about anything then let us know. There
are always lots of oddball things that need to get done. So give us a call, drop an
email - join in the fun! We have lots of things we'd like to do and we don't know how
to do all of them! But we're going to have a lot of laughs figuring it out and you are
